The Giving Neighbors collects personal information when you send it via the application process whether via the website, email, mail or fax.  This may also occur when providing donations or correspondence via emails and mail. The Giving Neighbors website does not store any information. The personal information is maintained solely at the physical location of The Giving Neighbors.

In general, it is not the practice of The Giving Neighbors to disclose personal information to third parties.  However we may share personal information to our service providers in order to provide for the assistance you are requesting.  We may also share personal information with third parties such as the government or other entities when required to by law or as required by court order.

We may use the personal information you provide to us to reply to you or send you communications about news and events related to The Giving Neighbors.

If you choose to donate money to The Giving Neighbors via PayPal (in which case your personal information is sent to, handled by and stored by PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) in accordance with its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  When you donate money to The Giving Neighbors directly, we use your personal information to process your donation.

The Giving Neighbors is not responsible for the contents, services or the privacy policies or websites to which we may provide hyperlinks from this site, or of the affiliates or sponsors.

We retain the right to update, change and improve this privacy policy and statement.  The website will evolve and change and those changes will be reflected within this statement.

We promise to continually work to keep all of your personal information confidential and private as is within our structure.
