How we use our Funds

Funds are used to pay for medical or dental expenses incurred by Neighbors in Need.  After negotiations and agreements have been made between the medical professional provider and The Giving Neighbors organization funds are provided from The Giving Neighbors directly to Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacies, Medical Supply companies, Hospitals and any medical professional provider involved in the agreed treatment plan.

We ask our service providers to help us help others by providing discounted and reduced rates. 

Currently our effectiveness ratio is 4 to 1, for every $1 spent we get $4 worth of services.  We believe that as the community becomes more aware of why we exist that others will want to join in to help.

The Giving Neighbors is a faith-based organization who believes that as Christians we are a body in Jesus Christ called to be arms that reach out to others in need, hands that give in love to others and feet that walk towards the work we are called to do, loving and helping our neighbors.

"We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us;

Please note THE GIVING NEIGHBORS, INC. - HELPING WITH HEALTH has satisfied all of the requirements of the IRS and is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 c 3 of the IRS code. All of our documents are on file with the IRS and are a matter of public record.
